who we are:
This Service is operated by Tirha (Pty) Ltd, trading as Conglomerate ("we", "us"). We are the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) for the personal information described below.
personal information we collect:
- — Reservation data: name, email address and mobile number.
- — Content you submit to schedule and prepare your Session, including your occasion details.
- — Engagement data: occasion project status, agreed services, billing records and payment references.
- — Support and correspondence: messages you send us, including by WhatsApp where you elect to receive your reservation reference by WhatsApp.
- — Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and log and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
how and why we use it:
- — To create and manage your reservation and deliver the Session and any engagement (performance of a contract).
- — To process payment, issue payment references and prevent fraud (contract; legitimate interests).
- — To secure the Service and resolve technical issues (legitimate interests).
- — To comply with legal obligations, including tax and consumer protection law (legal obligation).
- — To respond to your enquiries and support requests (legitimate interests).
We do not use your personal information for research or product development without your prior consent.
who we share information with:
- — Payment processor: PayFast, which processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- — Service providers who host and support the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
- — Authorities: where required to comply with law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising partners.
international transfers:
Our service providers may process information outside the Republic of South Africa. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with section 72 of POPIA.
retention:
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to deliver the Service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Colour Cards and payment records are retained for the periods required by law, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
your rights:
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg.org.za.
security:
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal information.
cookies:
We use only strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service, including keeping your reservation session active. We do not use advertising cookies.
